and I believe you’ve been guided here a reason. I also believe that there are no mistakes in life, only lessons meant to help move use forward in our spiritual evolution.
Many of us (including me) sometimes feel stuck because we have mistaken the voice of the ego as being real. You know the one that loves to tell us that we’re not good enough, or that it was our fault, or that we’re not ready.
We end up spending the majority of our lives playing small, suppressing our feelings, influenced by others, doing things we don’t love, relying on coping mechanisms and staying stagnant.
I know how it feels to be stuck between knowing you were meant for more, and having no idea what that could feel or look like, or what your next steps are.
After over a decade doing this work both personally and professionally with clients from all over the world, I’ve learned that when you tune into exactly your heart’s desire you have the power to silence the inner critic and start to live a life you love – immediately.
I get it and I want you to know that you’re not alone.
You are whole and complete – just as you are.
You are love and you are so loved.
This work and your journey is about re-membering that…your true essence.
Now it’s my passion and life’s work to guide you to that too.
I’m a Los Angeles native who’s been living for over a decade in Europe with my French husband and two small children. From Hollywood executive to startup co-founder and now wellness advocate and entrepreneur, I understand well what it takes to thrive in a stressful and demanding global environment.
Inspired by my own challenges, the loss of my childhood best friend and then my father, my search for balance and commitment to personal growth, I’ve dedicated my life in service to help those who seek living from the inside out.
My life’s work is to empower you with the freedom and tools to transform your fears and live without regret.
Life is precious and the one thing you cannot get back is time.
Are you ready?
