Come Home to Yourself. My Gift to You.
“You can start right where you are, in the midst of your life, and find peace in any circumstance. Even at those moments when the ground shakes terribly beneath you—when there’s a loss that will alter your life forever—you can still trust that you will find your way home.” ~ Tara Brach
Wish to move through this world with more grace?
Find it difficult to make time for yourself?
Ready for more balance and less stress?
You asked and I listened.
From my home to yours, you’ll now be able to join me and tune in live from anywhere in the world. I’m so excited to announce this new collaboration with London-based online platform HowNow, where I’ll be facilitating weekly live online meditation and yoga classes.
Although my path wasn’t always spiritual and surely didn’t start health-conscious, I’m now a huge believer in the power of meditation and yoga. For the past seven years, these mindful practices have helped tremendously through many transitions in my life – from the stress and demands of being a mother to two young children, to travelling the world as an expat, to juggling work with family commitments to grieving the death of my father and best friend. And now it’s my mission to pay it forward and guide you wherever you may be in your journey.
Being present is the greatest gift we could ever give ourselves and each other. No matter where you are in this world and whatever you may be experiencing, it’s through becoming present and aware that we can move through this chaotic world, through the stress and pain, with more grace and ease.
This year give yourself the gift of being present.
As a special part of my community, to help you jump start change or develop your practice I’m gifting you a FREE live online class with me. Spaces are extremely limited and early booking is highly recommended. To grab your spot and receive your complimentary class subscribe to my community below. Then click here to view my live online classes, select your day/time and input your Promo code upon booking.
Here’s my top tips when starting a home practice,
1. Invest in props – Whether it’s a yoga mat or a special meditation cushion, props will help your alignment and make sure you’re comfortable.
2. Make a space – Create a peaceful place by personalising your space with candles and incense, or an object or photo that inspires you.
3. Be Open – Allow yourself to have your own experience and show up with curiosity and heart.
4. Stay Committed – Acknowledge yourself daily and remember it’s about progression not perfection.
I’m so looking forward to embracing technology together and connecting with you live!
Welcome Home…to yourself.
As always, I’d love connecting with you and hear if there’s any particular topics you’d like me to consider for my live online classes. Head over to the comments section below to share.
With love and gratitude,
