I’m Paying it Forward
“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill
As I look back at this photo there’s a part of me wishing I would have known back then the things I know now. But that’s just a fleeting thought. Because looking back and connecting the dots I can see clearly now the divine reason and divine purpose in everything – the good, the bad and the ugly.
Despite the pain, the stress, the fear, and the loss, from my commitment to personal growth I’ve had tremendous healing, growth and mastery to transitions.
For nearly a decade, I’ve been blessed to have studied and trained with some of the top healers, teachers and coaches in the world and now it’s my honour to pay it forward.
For the next four weeks I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing my top wellness tips, lifestyle hacks and practical tools to your questions, LIVE.
Are you afraid to step outside your comfort zone?
Do you struggle to find balance as you juggle life as a mother or expat?
Are you grieving the loss of a relationship or a loved one?
You’re not alone. I’ve been there.
When at 25 years old I accomplished and checked all the boxes on my list I quickly realised health must not be an opportunity cost for material wealth.
When I arrived in London after leaving everything I ever knew, for love, I was super excited and terribly scared.
When at 28 years old I became a mother I knew my life would never, ever be the same.
When I was pregnant with life of my second child, it came at a time when both my parents were fighting for theirs.
When my best friend passed from cancer, at the tender age of 33, I knew there had to be more to life than what I was currently living.
When I began to search for meaning and explore the mind-body connection I knew I had been awakened and there was no turning back.
When I deepened my yoga practice by taking a teacher training, at the end I felt it would have been selfish not to share this incredibly beautiful, healing and transformative practice.
When students started asking how they could further catalyse their healing and growth I listened to the call for me to become a coach.
When my father was dying and there was nothing more I could do but surrender and be present I had never experienced such profound love and peace in my life.
We each have our own journey in this lifetime.
We each have our own unique gifts to bring in this world.
It would be my honour to help you, or someone you know, trust your journey, celebrate your gifts and move through this world with more grace and more ease.
Every Friday, starting tomorrow March 10th until the 31st I’ll be answering your questions so that you too can live a life of no regrets, full of love, peace and joy.
